Back at the profile screen, at the very bottom, ensure that 'Always use this profile' is selected, and that the newly created profile is the one in the drop down list.***REMOVE THE CHECK FROM 'USE CACHED EXCHANGE MODE'.Double click the entry for you Microsoft Cloud account.Back at the profile screen, double click the profile you just created.After about 30 seconds, it should say your account was successfully configured, click 'FINISH'.you will be prompted for credentials, at this point ensure your username is correct, enter your Microsoft Cloud password (usually asks 2x), check the box to remember it if you like. Enter your name in the space provided, enter your email address in the format ' (or ' if you have elected to use the short address), enter in your Microsoft Cloud password 2x (may be different than your cs passwords, if you don't know it, your can change it here).Type in a name like 'MSCloud' and click 'OK'.Go to the 'CONTROL PANEL' and find the 'MAIL' or 'MAIL-32' icon and open it.
